When i paint a series, often it sends me into fascinating directions. When i think of the work of artists like Diebenkorn, Hockney and Picasso i am reminded that a painter needs to have room to grow and experiment, and occasionally we find a new direction that never existed for us before. This is one of the things that makes fine art both delightful and profound.
In the Collage section of this site you’ll find more abstract work, which is the nature of much collage.
